From my CV, you will see that I am the Quality Assurance Manager at Better Foods Ltd. My role encompasses the management of all quality assurance across three canning plants in the Manchester area.

I have always worked very closely with the Manufacturing Departments at each of these three facilities, and have had to analyse and quickly resolve major quality assurance issues to ensure that tight manufacturing targets were always achieved.

In the last 6 months, I led a team charged with revamping and updating the company's quality assurance documentation for a crucial inspection to ISO / BS standards. The company's current practices and procedures had to be revised and substantially rewritten to take account of recent manufacturing changes.

My successful management of this important project resulted in the company receiving re-accreditation at the first attempt. Additionally the company saved £2.3 million as a result of changes I suggested to QA manufacturing procedures and processes.

The experience I have gained at Better Foods has honed my management skills and enabled me to raise QA standards and cut costs, which means that I would be able to quickly make a major contribution to Exceptional Foods continued success.
